Pricing

Clear pricing. No surprises. No pressure.

Healthcare is complicated enough without worrying about surprise costs. My pricing is designed to be clear from the start.

Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing before any work begins, so you always know exactly what you're paying for and why. It starts with a free conversation about your situation. I'll give you my honest assessment of whether and how I can help, and if I don't think I can provide meaningful value, I'll tell you.

HOW PRICING WORKS

Different situations call for different structures. Here's how it generally breaks down. Your exact quote comes after we talk and I understand what's actually involved.

Insurance & Coverage Issues — starting at $650

For straightforward help identifying in-network primary care doctors or specialists based on your needs, preferences, and coverage. A low-commitment way to get matched with good options without doing the legwork yourself.

Flat-fee support for prior authorizations, denials, appeals, reimbursement issues, out-of-network coverage requests, and medical billing problems. Covers the work from start to finish: research, calls with your insurer, drafting and submitting appeals, gathering documentation, and staying with the process through a decision. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Specialist & Care Access Support

— starting at $750

For more involved situations — second opinions, surgeon selection, complex or rare-specialist searches, verifying network status, coordinating referrals and records, and helping you actually get in to see the right provider. This is finding the right care and helping you access it, not just handing over names.

Ongoing Care Coordination

— starting at $750/month

Basic Provider Match — starting at $300

For straightforward help identifying in-network primary care doctors or specialists based on your needs, preferences, and coverage. A low-commitment way to get matched with good options without doing the legwork yourself.

Ongoing Care Coordination — starting at $750/month

Monthly support for complex or ongoing situations involving multiple providers, evolving health needs, recurring insurance issues, and continued coordination. You get a defined level of access and a clear scope of what's included each month. Coordination typically begins with an initial three-month period, then continues month to month.

For some situations, the right first step is a focused records review and written strategy memo before committing to a larger engagement. If that's the best path for you, I'll suggest it when we talk.

You're paying for my time, my expertise, and my full effort on your behalf — not for a guaranteed outcome.

I work carefully and persistently, but healthcare doesn't always cooperate. Sometimes the honest answer to a coverage question is that the insurer followed the policy correctly and there's no additional money to recover. Sometimes an appeal doesn't go your way despite a strong case. Sometimes the right specialist is one you decide not to see.

In all of those situations, the work still has value. You came in with uncertainty and left with clarity, options, and confidence in your decisions. That's what you're hiring me for. And I'll always give you my honest read on the odds before we begin — if I don't think I can meaningfully help, I'll tell you.

THE STEPS

1. Schedule a consultation. A free, private call to talk through your situation. No cost, no obligation.

2. We'll talk it through. You tell me what's going on, I ask questions, and I give you my honest take on whether and how I can help.

3. You'll get a written proposal. If we both want to move forward, I'll send a clear scope, deliverables, price, and timeline. For larger engagements, the work can be structured in milestones, so you can evaluate progress before moving further.

4. We get to work. Once you've signed and made the initial payment, I get started — and I keep you informed at every step.

Why "starting at" instead of fixed prices?

Every situation is different. A straightforward appeal and a complex, multi-step coverage fight aren't the same amount of work, and pricing them identically would mean overcharging some people and shortchanging others. The starting points are real. Your exact quote comes after we talk.

Do you offer payment plans?

For larger engagements, yes. Flat fees can be split across milestones, and we can work out a schedule that fits your situation. Just ask.

How do I pay?

For flat-fee work, typically half upfront and half on completion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. I accept standard payment methods and provide receipts.

Do you take a percentage of money you save me?

Generally no. I charge for my time and expertise, not on contingency. Sometimes the right answer is that there's no money to recover — but the work to determine that still has value, and contingency pricing would push toward chasing wins instead of giving you straight answers.
